Erasmus+ small-scale partnership in youth · 2025–2026
Empowering women through eco-tech innovation.
POWERFEM brings together young women from Cyprus, Hungary, and Lithuania to learn digital and green skills, and to turn them into working prototypes that tackle real environmental challenges.

The project at a glance
Three objectives
Digital skills, green purpose, European teamwork.
- 01Develop digital readiness among young women. Hands-on training in coding, cybersecurity, and AI foundations that builds competence and confidence.
- 02Integrate eco-friendly practice into digital skill building. Every skill is applied to a sustainability problem, from climate data to circular economy tools.
- 03Foster interest in STEM and STEAM. Creative, interdisciplinary methods that make technology feel accessible, exciting, and worth pursuing.
