Activities
From first call to final conference.
POWERFEM runs as five connected activities across fifteen months. Skills are built online, deepened in the field in Lithuania, put to the test at the hackathon in Cyprus, and shared with the wider community at the end.
Kick-off & project management
The three partners align goals, roles, and quality standards, and set up the shared coordination that keeps a three-country project running smoothly for its whole duration.
Online digital literacy & STEM training
A virtual programme of live webinars and self-paced modules: coding basics, cybersecurity, and an introduction to AI and data analysis, taught with creative methods and female role models in STEM. Participants finish with a mini-project and a participation certificate.
Eco-tech seminar & field demonstrations · Kaunas
Five days in Lithuania connecting digital skills to ecological practice: green-tech entrepreneurship, AI for climate action, circular economy workshops, and field visits showing technology at work in real ecosystems.
Eco-Tech Hackathon · Pervolia, Cyprus
The capstone. Participants from all three countries meet by the sea in Pervolia to build and pitch eco-tech prototypes to a panel of environmental specialists, entrepreneurs, and municipal representatives.
Dissemination & final evaluation
Multiplier events in Cyprus, Hungary, and Lithuania, a final online conference, and open publication of the project's materials so other organisations can reuse what POWERFEM built.
